16 Week "Experienced" Dublin Marathon Training Plan Membership

If you have signed up to the Dublin Marathon, and have big ambitions of nailing down a PB, then this training plan is for you! (recommended for those expecting sub 3:40 marathon)

- Your training sessions planned out for each week

- Each session tailored to you and your training zones, working off Heart Rate and Pace

- A structured and appropriate build in training to fully prepare your for the marathon

- 5 runs per week with higher volume

- Race recommendations in the lead up to the Marathon (with alternative training sessions planned if you dont race)

- Take the guesswork out of your training and simply follow the plan to arrive on race day confident to have your best race!

- Open communication with your coach throughout the entire duration of the training plan to ask any questions, seek any help/advice you need alongside your training plan

- Be part of the Team WattsUp Dublin Marathon 2024 Group Chat

- All sessions and comments/feedback will be monitored on Training Peaks
